A specialized soft-wash treatment that clears black streaks, moss, lichen, and algae, with no high pressure that could damage your shingles.
Soft-wash roof cleaning that kills black algae streaks, moss, and lichen on asphalt and cedar shingles, with no high pressure on the roof. Peyton Pressure Washing provides it in Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth on Aquidneck Island, plus Jamestown, Tiverton, and the East Bay. Free estimates: (401) 341-0570.
Those black streaks are a hardy algae called Gloeocapsa magma, and it feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. Left alone it spreads, holds moisture, and shortens roof life. We never use high pressure on a roof. Instead, we apply a low-pressure cleaning solution that kills the growth at the root and rinses it clean, restoring the original color.
Highly recommend Dylan for power washing services. He did an excellent job on my house, very professional, thorough, and easy to work with from start to finish. The house looks noticeably cleaner and he paid attention to the details without rushing the job. Showed up on time, communicated well, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for reliable exterior cleaning services.
Dylan is a pro! He was timely in his communications and he performed tests to ensure a good outcome before providing a fair quote customized to the needs of my house. The work stands for itself and I'll be using him going forward as a trusted pro.
Dylan at Peyton Pressure Washing was just the best! The communication was fantastic, and the end results were excellent! His work ethic and professionalism exceeded my expectations. This was a tough job on a badly stained, vinyl sided house with a very delicate and damaged front porch. He not only got the house back to bright white, but he provided very careful attention to my porch in order to not further any damage. He did all this while constantly communicating with me as I am several states away from Newport. He definitely went the extra mile. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional pressure washer, this is definitely the company to call! Thanks again, Dylan!
